Confused Child support under duress

I agreed for child support to stop (under duress!!). Is there a time limit as to when I can ask for this back, State of Indiana.

Under duress would have to mean you were drugged or otherwise impaired and did not know what you were doing. If you were intimidated by another's pushiness, that's your problem. You don't have to buckle to other people's demands.

You are free to ask for it again. The father should be paying to support his own child. It's his legal financial obligation.

I know you can file for a review every three years in most states. Contact your local agency, they should be able to tell you.

theres no statute of limitations on duress? you signed it, if there was a crime committed then file charge, but if you signed it becasue of pressure, you have to wait until the state allows reviews.
