Default drugs

I live in PA and am now divorced with primary residence with my son who is 9. Me and my wife have joint custody and there has been a few issues so far. The last one is that my son came home and was laying in bed to go to sleep he started talking about weed and called a pipe by the name his mom calls it he also told me that she and her boyfriend will smoke before they go to bed to help them sleep. Im hesitant to let him go over to her house for the weekend because of this issues but im not sure what to do?

If she has court ordered visitation, you cannot disallow your child to spend that time with her. If you do, you will be in contempt of the court order.

If you are concerned, talk to her and explain what you've said here. That you're concerned about your child being exposed to drugs.
