Child support court date before Child custody court date

My wife filed for child support and spousal support. The court date is on 14th October.
I filed child custody complaint and the court date is in November.

How the jury will decide the child support amount?

What should I do?

Have you provided discovery paperwork yet for your finances? There is no jury in this case, it will be a judge that makes the decisions? Do you have a lawyer?

Your child support will depend on the number of children and how much money you make. There are many child support calculators on the web. Check out your state Child support guidline. As far as the spousal support, it will be based on how long you were married, did she give up a job to be a stay at home mom, was it a joint decsion if so or did you demand it (if that is the case that is how she will more than likely make it sound), and your income.

Also, some states use both incomes if she has one too and others only count yours. It is important to know what your CS guidline reads like.

My spouse filed false PFA and jury issued it even I didn't admitted the allegations.
She immediately filed child support and spousal support for 18 months.
She is full time mom and we married 3 yrs b4. Our kid is 2 yr old.
I came to know that if the child stays 40% of time with me then child support amount gets adjusted(reduced).
Now her complaint hearing is b4 child custody date hearing. How the jury will decide the child stay period? Will the decision again amended based on my child custdy complaint?

My state is PA. Nobody yet filed separation/divorce.

The child living with you 40% would cost you more than the reduction of child support. If child support reduction is your main motivator for 40% or more custody, I'd recommend you NOT do it.

I don't understand how she's able to file for child and spousal support if there has been no legal separation or divorce.

The PFA will likely not be an issue in the child support case unless you are proven to be a danger to them. Not the mom.

In my state (PA) PFA allows plaintiff to claim child and spousal support and the court awards this.

Yes I stay separately right from the day of filing PFA!
