Exclamation child support

I have had the children as a primary parent for 4 months now. My case is in the court and no custody agreement has been made. My ex-spouse has not provided any financial support and lives in a home for free which is in foreclosure. When an agreement is finally entered, can I ask for support and payment for monies owed from this four months time?
