Dominican citizen, american divorce, child custody.
i enter the country with a tourist visa then got married to a military person i got pregnant after we were married then he said that i married him for the green card wich we never summited, i had to left the country in order to not be illegal here i was 3 month pregnant at the time, now he is saying tha he wants the sole custody of the child and that he is going to say that i kinnaped the baby (wich isn't born yet). My question is where he should file for the custody and if he have any opportunity to take my baby away from me?

right now i'm in dominican republic and we are not divorced yet, he is being disployed to afganistan so i believe he is going to file for divorce when he returns.

Unless you are an axe murderer, he will play hell getting full custody of the child.
Don't worry about it for now. Wait until he gets home. |
