Child & Spousal support date on 14th Oct.

I have a hearing on 14th October.
My spouse filed PFA and now she filed for Spousal support and child support.
In PFA i didn't admitted her alegations still PFA was issued to me.

Please advice me what I should prepare the does and don't before the court date?
Which points I should ask my attorny to argue?

Judges these days are much too lax on who the dole out PFA's for. They are tired, want to go home, want to get the person out of their face, and say, "here, give her what she wants". Even Judge Judy said that on her own show.

Fight the PFA. Bring in any evidence to show reason why it should be dropped. If she's called you, keep records of that. If she's left voice messages, keep them and bring them to court so the judge can see she's been continually contacting you even after the PFA was issued.

Unfortunately, these PFA's are not often dropped. Do not contact her in any way. How are you supposed to continue to see your child(ren)?

PFA has following exceptions:
1. Child visitation on weekends.
2. Counseling in case of saving marriage
3. Allowed the tel/email communication for 1 and 2.
4. She must vacate my home which I bought b4 marriage.

I am somewhat relieved by this PFA ( bleassing in disguise) escaped from her naggaing.
Immidiately after PFA I filed for child custody.

She filed for child support and spousal support and have hearing on 14th OCT.
Need advice before the court date.
