Question What will happen if I do not show up to drop off my children

Louisiana:
I have two children with my ex. Our oldest child has epilepsy and she is not responding to her meds. In April of 2009 I received an email from my ex telling me that our oldest daughter can not come back over to his house because he feels she will do bodily harm to the other children in the house. (The only thing that has ever happen over there is one time she was having a Grand Mal seizure and kicked her step brother in the back). He told me that she can not come over until she seeks counseling.
I brought her to see a counseler and everything. He still does not talk to her ever. He still will not allow her to come over. He refuses to talk to me. With him doing this (taking one child and not the other) has the oldest child crying everyother weekend. She asks me why her dad does not want her, why does she have to have epilepsy and take all the meds. She tells me she hates her life. This is killing me to see her hurt so much. I can not afford to bring him back to court so I am hoping he will hold me in contempt so that he will be bring me back to court. I don't want him to just take the oldest one because he has to because I'm afraid they will not be nice to her. My youngest daughter has already told me that they are glad that the oldest one does not come over anymore and that they hate her. I don't know what to do? Please any advise would be grateful.
