My husband left our country when my first son 6mons old n my 2nd son 6 wks in my womb. first year he is sending us allowance monthly but after that he stop it. We have no communication for 3 years and now i heard that he will come back to marry a new one.There is a possibility that they will marry with out my authorization? Im her legal wife. what will i do in order to have support from their father? I hope you can help me...thanks attorney

You say your husband is coming back and "I'm her legal wife". The first line implies a man/woman marriage and the second a woman/woman marriage (legal in only a few states in US).

He would need to file for divorce and have that finalized before getting married (in most countries). Custody and child support will be handled then. You should get an attorney and file for divorce/custody before he can. QUICKLY. Then child support will be determined at that time.
