Joint Custody, I want it signed over.

I'm 17 and I live in CO with my mother and her boyfriend.
My parents are divorced and my mother treats me like ****. As in "I'm a worthless f*cking child that should have never been born.
Is there anyway I can get her to give up her custody over me?

I'm sorry for your circumstances. Unfortunately, even though women are generally thought of as maternal and loving, that is not always the case.

No, you cannot make her give up custody but with her attitude, she might not really care if you move in with a relative. Do you have anybody who will take you in until you turn 18?

How about living with your father? Is that a possibility?
