survivor benifits
Can the children of the ex-wife get back child support when new husband legally adopts the children of a deceasd ex-husband

But the father that owes support has passed away? If there are assets, or a life insurance policy, yes - back support could likely be pulled from that though they'd have to retain an attorney (would be my guess).
