I am a single mother and my sons father has a history of drug abuse

I am a single mother, and my sons father has a rather large history of drug abuse. he kicked us out of his appartment when my son was 3 moths old and no where to go, thankfully we are in a good place now, for a while i did not let him see my son, he took me to court and got manditory sunday visits, with kind and generus visits, i have complided except when i knew he was high, i have been nice almost too nice, and i know he is still using pot and hard drugs like cocane and crack. i dont really have a way to prove this in court, but is there any way i am able to make sure he has to leave us alone, untill my son is of the age where he can comunicate what happend in the visits when i am not there??? If anyone can heklp that would be great! I am not a drug user, and i am not sure how the courts look on the fact that i do allow him visits even tho i dont know if he is high or not!!!! Help!!!

Do you have a lawyer? Has a drug test been ordered (you'll have to do one to)?

You can't really know if he's high or not unless you actually see him and have proof. What concrete proof do you have and has your child been harmed thus far?
