my mum will not let me see my dad!?

im 13 goin on 14 do i have any legal right to see him? my perents broke up when i was 4 and i saw my dad commonly till i was 8 then my mum fell out with him and i cant see him any more i havnt seen him and my step brothers for 3 years and my mum still will not let me

can u help me?

There could be something you don't know about. If you know his address, write him. If you know his phone number, call him. Tell another trusted adult to see if they can help.
