Moving child support case to Illinois
My ex husband and I both live in Illinois. When we were divorced we both lived in Wisconsin. The child support case is still being administered by Wisconsin courts. How can I get it moved to Illinois?

re: Moving child support case to Illinois
after 6 months of the children residing in the new state the court will normally sign an order allowing you to move the case to the new state
and you two can both call the court and ask for that as well--the clerk will often help direct you if you dont have a lawyer |
