Yes...but it's still "proper" not to start sentences that way, even according to your link. So if you want to nitpick grammer, you will be nitpicked for using it. And it looks stupid. <---see?

This isn't an English or grammer class. An occassional mis-spelling or mis-use is not a big deal. And it's petty! <---again...looks stupid eh?
