Contempt of Court?

My ex husband and I are awaiting the answer from our hearing in March determining who will gain full custody of our two boys. He has however decided to move out of state and has done so this past week. The divorce decree has not of yet been adjusted, so, is he is contempt and what can I do personally to file it in the courthouse? Apparently my lawyer is way too busy to call me back. And, will him moving and his new wife being pregnant affect the outcome in any way?

His new wife being pregnant, no. Moving...yes likely so. Though if it can't/doesn't affect the outcome of the hearing you are waiting on, it can be a change of circumstances - hopefully the custody order the judge comes up with includes a move clause.

I have problems getting my attorney to get back to me too...FRUSTRATING!

There to my understanding are contempt papers you can pickup from the court house. I'd say just wait. How long have you been waiting with your attorney? Call his/her office and schedule an appointment with the secretary.
