Child Support ~ Arizona
I live in the state of Arizona and I am in the process of modifing my child support, does the state take into consideration the (exs) new spouses income when calculating the amount of child support? I have been looking for information on it and I am not having any luck. Can anyone help me?

Some states do, some don't. Even with states that do, they don't always. From what I hear, the payor will never have to pay more due to a new spouses income, but the payee (usually the mother), could recieve less due to a spouses income. But I don't know that for sure.
