Levy on account
My fiancee and I have an account that has a levy on it for child support that he owes. The money in this account is all money for our college education (stafford loans and pell grants) we do have documentation to prove all of this and I'm sure they cannot take it but I guess I'm looking for some kind of reassurance of this. It is kind of shocking when you try to pay your college tuition and they tell you there is no money in the account and you know its there.

Wow. Work with the child support agency. Get docs of your deposits and loans.
