child support if quitting school

I live in the state of Pennsylvania. I currently pay weekly child support to my ex-wife for my daughter. We agreed on an amount and we do this outside of the court system and domestic relations. My ex-wife recently emailed me and told me that she is going to make our daughter quit school since it looks like she is going to be permanently expelled from school. Do I still legally have to pay child support if she quits school? My daughter is now 16 and turns 17 in July.

You have no legal obligation to pay child support at all without a court order.
Of course, the mother can file a motion for child support, and possibly even request arrears for the last 15 years or so.
So tread carefully, and check with an attorney.
I can tell you that were you to have court orders requiring you to pay support, that would be regardless of whether or not the child is in school. I highly suggest you proceed likewise.

until 18 I think... Once the child is 18 and no longer in school then you could likely stop. But yes...tread lightly...
