can she keep me off my daughters birth certificate?
I have a child due shortly and the mother and i have seperated. she claims that she will not put me down on the birth certificate and this conserns me. I want to be on the childs birth record and i plan to fight her for custody. i also plan to have a test done just to make sure the child is mine. as the father of this child do i have the right to be on her birth record even though the mother of this child dosent want me to be on the record.
what would it mean if i was not on the birth record....... is it just a piece of paper or does it actualy mean anything. |
