Confused What about Men's rights?

Okay, I was married to a woman for 15 years in a Catholic marriage. After awhile, she, not being religious or even of conscience, decided SHE wanted the best of both worlds, meaning having me and running around with other men behind my back. As the story goes, I, being a Catholic, forgave her again and again. Lost cause, I found out, this made her more bold and she kept doing this even in front of my friends who saw her in her dirty deeds. Finally, I put the question to her that I know what she is up to and of course, like liars and con-artists do, they lie. Knowing that her jig is up, she filed for divorce from me. She wanted to take off with this drug dealer with our toddler son in tow. She finally told everyone that this guy was her NEW boyfriend and F#@K me. Eventually she filed for child support and even lied to the judge at our first hearing as to how much I gave her. I did truly give her about $4,500.00 in cash, hoping she would verify this to the judge in case it came to this. Turns out she didn't. She told the judge, who was a woman, that I only gave her $200.00. She and her representative tried to portray me as a heartless, scumbag, who left her and our son and both assumed to the judge that I am a deadbeat dad. Now, back to the beginning, SHE initiated the divorce, I did not. Her reason was to run off with another man. I have since this time been paying the support payments, however, I am going to college at the same time trying to get a degree so I can properly take care of my son, whom does not want anything to do with me as well. She complained to the Arizona department that I am not paying the support, when I am doing the best I can. Why is it that we men are always the guilty ones and the villians, when it sometimes is the opposite? What about our rights? What can I do to fight back to regain my standing in the face of female political opposition? She divorced me to run off with another man, now that she is not with him, she cries to the child support people to crucify me for her sins. Why is she being rewarded for her sins and myself being punished? What is going on and please, somebody, give me some advice.

Welcome to our Nation's Family Court System. Allow me to introduce you to......well, it looks like you've met everybody already.
How could give her $4,500 and not have some sort of record of the transaction? You give it to her in twenties or something?

Angry Re: What about Men's rights?

Thank you for welcoming me to your forum.

I did give the cash money to her in hundred dollar bills, without even knowing that this would eventually would be my mistake. I was told by the judge that I should have kept some sort of record of the monetary transactions, which I did not. Like I first commented, I assumed she would be truthful. Yeah right. Hear I sit, In my mistake. But, that is far past, now, after I have been paying her money through payroll deduction, she keeps complaining that I am not doing my part. What do you think?

I'll tell you the same thing one lawyer told me 13 years ago, "...your best bet, if you want harmony, is....shut the F*&k Up and pay." Now today this is where I'm at,

If your support is going through a child support agency, then refuse to discuss it with her. All your dealings should be with the agency.
