Possible false claim
My fiance's ex claims that I posted nasty anonymous remarks to her blog. She says that she knows that it was me because she looked up my IP address. I did not leave the remarks nor would I ever leave anonymous nasty remarks. Her husband works for my ISP and we are concerned that he looked up my IP address and they will falsify documents. This is a child custody issue. She does not want me around my fiance's daughter = no matter what I do I never do it enought to satisfy her. At first, I was friendly and then snap she turned on me when we announced our engagement. Would the court use something like this without verifying the correct IP ?
