can we live together
I live in Texas. I have been divorced for over 2 years now and have been dating my boyfriend for 2 years. I am the custodial parent to which my son lives with me. My boyfriend and I are making plans to get married next summer. I lost my job in October which has made us consider moving in together to save on expenses and prepare for our future together. We live just 2 minutes from eachother and the house that I live in he owns.
I just want to know if we can move in together before we are married? Please respond. Thanks magnucor7224@yahoo.com |

Yes...there is certainly no law to prevent that. You likely have to give 30 days notice and file it with the courts so they can make sure your ex has your new info. There's really no objectable stance her unless it would require a different school.....And I can't imagine ANY court would ever deny a 2 minute move.
