Confused MANY QUESTIONS

I HAVE SIGNED PAPERS ALLOWING MY SON TO LIVE WITH HIS FATHER GIVING HIM CUSTODY AND KEEPING STANDARD VISITATION WELL ITS BEEN 17MONTHS SINCE I SEEN MY SON AND 7 MONTHS SINCE I LAST SPOKE TO MY SON I HAVE ATTEMPED TO HANDLE THIS THRU COURT 3 SEPERATE TIMES THE LAST TIME I WENT THE JUDGE GAVE HIM AN ATTORNEY WHO WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO OPEN THIS CASE BECAUSE I LIVE IN A DIFFERENT STATE? WHAT STATE DO I HANDLE THIS IN HE LIVES IN MONROE N.C. AND I LIVE IN MYRTLE BEACH S.C.???

Get an attorney! Have him file long distance visitation schedule as well as the standard schedule JUST in case you move closer. It shouldn't be an expensive nor difficult case.

The court that last ruled normally still has jurisdiction.

if visits are denied you can file for contempt.

You can often appear by phone if you are a long distance from the court.
