How do you give up your parental rights to a child in the state of tn?

You can give up your parental rights by simply not exercising them.
You cannot give up your parental responsibilities (child support, etc) unless the other parent has remarried and his/her new spouse is willing to adopt the child and accept financial responsibility. |
