Unhappy my daughter

what steps should i take so one day i can be a part of my daughters life. i havent seen her since she's been a year old except throuh pictures. my ex-wife just dont trust me and thinks im going to take her. i'm not going to take her i just want to be a part of her life she just turned nine and me and her mother were talking then all of a sudden she stopped again i try to be there but it just dosent happen so please somebody help me thanks tom

You can easily get a court order requiring access and setting the schedule for visits. The courts do not want a parent kept away.

And you can do it yourself in court if you cannot afford a lawyer--many people do so.

your perental rights to your child can never be obstructed or taken away. You need to get a court order.I have been through this before. Set up an access schedule that you and your ex can agree to , if not then the judge will impose it , it is best if the courts do not get involved and settle it through the lawyers.

the problem is she wont agree on anything cause she says she cant trust me but i promised her and my wife now promised her that we want this to work out for the child best intrest
