Father and Custody: Any advice on a VERY cheap way to do this?

I try as often as possible to see my Daughter but he mother rarley lets me see her, I don't have alot of money (since we all know how bad the economy is work is slow) But I do support my child, My issue is I want to file with the courts for some sort of routine scheduale for me to see her. But I'm curious does that cost money and about how much? I live in NV I just want some sort of order saying I DO have rights to her that way if she denies my visit I can have something to come back with. Any advice on a VERY cheap way to do this?

You can file by yourself without a lawyer. Many people do so. You do have the right to regularly see the child.

The clerk of the court may guide you to forms you can use. Or email world law direct and they may help you as well for free or some low cost.

you do not require a lawyer... get the forms fill it out , do some research ..after the forms are filled out you or someone you know will have to serve your daughter's mother those forms
