Question Financial affidavit

My ex sent me her financial affidavit. It is lacking a note stamp. It only has supposedly notery name and ID number. Also it was done in the next county over. And there is no contact info writen on it for the notery. It also says notery IDENTIFIED her by drivers license but it has no DL# juristiction is in florida she is in another state. Is this still considered by the court a legal document? thank you

Default Re: Financial affidavit

If you question the validity of the notary, you have the person's name so look them up.
Otherwise, a notarized statement is considered sworn testimony.
