DAD'S INCOME IS CASH

if the father refuses to pay, and his income is barely anything because he gets paid cash, what can i do???? please help!!

Keep on the child support agency. They need to handle it. His child support should be figured on what he could make. In some states - loss of drivers license and eventually jail will ensue if he continues to refuse to pay. There was a father on this board complaining he was paying child support (from arrears) on his now 30some year old child. Could help with retirement if it takes that long ...

Child support agencies can also seize bank accounts and place liens on property.

gather proof he is lying about the cash

subpoena his employer if need be

they could all go to jail you might remind them--for defrauding the state and lying to a government agency, court...etc
