rights terminated
i was in a marraige where my husband abused the children and as a result mine and his rights were terminated for those 2 children...a cps worker told me that if i leave him that i could keep the children. i am now with anouther man and have had a child and im awondering if they can take this child or do they need to find a reason to take him seeing as i am no longer with the other man.

also as a added note my son is now 10 months old and cps has not taken him so im guessing he is safe

They would need to open a new case and evaluate the situation before they could take action to remove your child. And they would need a reason to investigate first.
