Confused Court Orders (in Australia)

I am in australia and have a court order in relation to when I see my 3 children. At the completion of the order it says The Court Notes: the parties intend to etc. It goes on about school fees mediacl and dental fees. If it just a court note does this mean I am required by law to comply or is it just the court noting the intention?
