iI have been with my husband alosy 9 years,married 4 in august,he had two children from two different women,one he was married to when the seperated and he got hooked up with the other,we moved to florida to get my husband away from people that he ran with and stayed drunk,it was like reabilting( spelled wrong) procdure ,thats when the women cut us out of sons life and grandmother ,half sister who was a year older and the whole family,well know she has taking him to court for child support and the put him 34thousand in arrears,,i wished we could have afforded a lawyer but there hourly wage is more we can afford, well i got my business licences two years ago my mother co signed for my semi truck and my husband and i have split over this and i quit driven and i pay him as a subcontractor to still drive,which he enjoys! the da told him that they could come back and pull are ,my taxes and see the income and my business would be half his i disagree comoany is in my name if i had wanted him to be a part owner i would have added him but no,the truck is minethe company is mine does anyone know can the courts take my money for achild thats not mine? i would really hope not because i would be in contemp all the time

I THINK THEY ARE GETTING WISE TO THAT TRUCK DRIVING THING ANYMORE.

If the business is yours and it is based basically based time you work, then you should not be touched.

Well the business is in my name the truck is in my name and my mothers she helped co-sign for me. I drove for three years till the end of july my husband and i have some issues over this and otheres so we ended up separated so i drew up a contract and let him countuie to drive as a sub-contractor and i pay him piece rate,the courts act to me as thou i am responsiable for this support,not trying to be cruel but i raised my children and really dont plan on raising anymore,neither one of us have seen this child in9 years all due to the mother of the boy,sorry my feelings my not seem to be in the right olace.
