Drug Testing Babysitters

I have a wierd feeling that certain people that watch my kids do drugs (smoke marijuana). They watch my 5 month old twins every now and then. Do I have a right to make them take a monthly drug test if they want to watch my babies. I do not want my kids around anything like that and I especially do not want anyone that does drugs watching my kids. Please help.

PS I know that they have had to take drug tests in the past and have bought stuff that you use to clean your urine. I thought that that was all the past but I have a wierd feeling. Would I be able to make them take a blood drug test since they will not be able to lie with that?

Legally, No. But you can ask them to take a drug test. If they refuse to and you have those types of feelings, I would not let them watch my children and start looking for another babysitter.
