There's something called a stop payment. It's not illegal to lie. Which is what she did.

It sort of sounds like you are hin pecked.you know like spinmaster said .what those littele things do .she is refusing paternity because she lied to you about who is babys father.I know you aren't that slow.are you brinwashed int thinking what ever she says is fact.she lied she didn't wash the check she thought you were stupid enough to give her cash.Tell her you want the cash back .Iknow your response it went to help the baby.she spent it on the baby.why ain't the man she is with doing more or now is she getting his money and yours.I COULDNTlike a baby that much if it wasnt mine .get you a home dna tes about 80 dollars not excepted by court but it will show you what im saying they know what they do.why aren't you doing more of home dna till you get legal one done are you worried babay wont be yours.as young as that baby is i would leave it with your girlfriend and her boyfriend if it wasn't mine.

The baby is mine, that isn't in question. She doesn't want paternity established because that would make me the legal father and give me rights. She wants all the control. And there isn't a boyfriend in the picture right now.
