Could my ex-spouse be charged with kidnapping for taking our child away without my permission? In addition, hasn't attempted to make any contact with me in regards to our rotating weekends, their current location, or a phone number, besides her cell phone?? We have joint legal custody, and I never agreed for this "move". When I attempted to call her on her cell phone to discuss picking up our child for my weekend, it was the grandparent that they're living with (I've never had their address) who answered (the ex's phone) and proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be seeing our child until this 'custody' issue is resolved in court. As well, whenever I ask my child if she wants to come back & visit, she says that I would have to ask her grand (parents). I'm very frustrated about these responses, and non-responses, at that. Please advise. Thank you. I'm choosing at this time to spare my child from the embarrassment of having to be escorted by authorities to pick her up. I'm sure that she is confused enough.

Yes--and if he violates any part of the order at all he can be held in contempt as well. He must strictly comply.
