Confused A concerned mother

My husband I were divorced in 2006. At the time he was responsible for paying child support for our two minor children. In August of 2008 one of the minors turned 19 and he is no longer responsible for paying. However, we did not get a court order to reflect this. As of today, January 2009 he has paid an average of $300.00 out of the $725.00 he was order to pay. What are my rights and how do I go about getting him to become consistant in paying for the one remaining child?

What does support order say about when support ends? Is this child of yours still in home? Does he have a job? Is he going to school? You need to provide more before we can give accurate answers

Confused Re: A concerned mother

The decree stated that when the child turned 19 we should revisit the courts. The child is now in Job Corp because she did not want to attend college or find a job. We tried to come to an agreement before all of this occurred. I also contracted an attorney to make adjustments to the decree, but he has not applied or responded to my request. The second child is still in school and under the original decree. I am in the state of Alabama if that helps.
