Default child support for a child living abroad
i married an us american in spain and have a 4 year old boy. 2 1/2 years ago i decide to divorce and since then he never come back to see our child. he also stop sending him money for his support and needs. now after 2 years i have finally my divorce papers but also have a judgement wich says how much money he has to give my child as a child support. we live in spain and i really need some help. i want to know how if there is a way i can make him pay the child support money that the court in spain said???? i cant pay more money to get lawyers in the states this because i had to pay everything for the divorce becuase he desapeard. thank you
