Need legal assistance for my children's financial support
Philippines
I have 3 kids with a Japanese National, i'm not married to him since is legally married in Japan and have grown up kids already, my eldest son is 9 years old and the second is 8 and youngest is 3 years old, my children had been deprived of the financial support from their father, how can i legally seek financial support for my children to their father, is there a way? |

Does he reside in the states now? Do you?
Go to your local child support agency and file. If there is something special that needs to be done, they should be able to assist. |
