My mom wont let me live with my dad!

Here is the whole story. Hi I am 12 in like 2 or 1 month I will be 13! Ever since my mom had kids with her boyfriend I am forced to be stuck in that house with my mom! I do like living with my mom but her boyfriend, NO! Because he is mentally abusing all of us! Me my brother my mom and probably even my step brother and sister! But I want to live with my dad because the things my moms boyfriend does is he steals my moms phone! Broke it and steals stuff out of my room and disconnects stuff in my computer. And so on! He also is making my mom so stressed out 1 night I messed with his computer and broke it! Now he is furious! I no what I did was wrong but I do not like him messing with my mom at all! So I messed up his computer. Also the cops arrested my moms boyfriend for like 2 days and that was because my mom tried to get some of his coffee with his glass! So he grabbed the cup and like my mom tried to hold on to it but my moms boyfriend Pushed my mom against the table 3 times! So my older brother Danny he is 18 he was about to fight with my moms boyfriend. But my moms boyfriend is a little wussy and he wouldn't come outside and fight where the baby's were not present. So im sick of this and my mom is crazy so she will not let me live with my dad! Im sick of this! If she want's me to stay there and make her child get mentally abused that's not fine with me! And I am also worried about my step brother and sister they are only 8 months and I don't want them to see this! My mom always says she got section 8 it is something like to get a house? But she has bin saying that for like 2 or 1 year now! She says were going to get a house every WEEK! So I just want to live with my dad as you see so can someone tell me what I should do about this! My dad does not no the age where you have to be to decide where you go? The jury decides where I go but do you think I got a chance staying with my dad?

If your Mom was ordered custody via the courts only another court order can change that.

We have never been through court. My mom got custody of me because my dad just let my mom have us. He did not want him to take us from her.

Then ask him to petition courts for custody

As far as the mental abuse to all the children .You can call cps. dcf. i dont know where you are. And tell dad to get you out of there. go to court.YOUR voice will be heard.

If your uncomfortable talking on the phone... talk with a teacher, a counselor whatever adult you actually trust. Sun is right; this is abuse. It's ugly when you in the middle of it however, it's not your fault. Some issues belong to adults and not young ladies or fellas.

I bet your Dad if he knew all of this would sit beside you while you talked with Mom and ask if you can stay with him until everything is worked out

Who knows? Maybe you leaving will encourage Mom to leave the boyfriend?... might happen may not... but take care of you; these are choices you didn't make.
