ny my daughters father wants to sign his rights over would he still be obligated to pay childsupport?

I would hope so.I belive if child support is in place he will still be obligated.Even if he signs his rights over.I wouldn't want him to get out of child support that easily.

If there is a support order issued, yes, he would be required to continue paying. If there is no issue ordered, they may still eventually come after him. If you are married and your husband wants to adopt, legally child support stops.

Do you want him out of the childs life? Do you want the child support?
