When you do get hair folicles tested It will be most revealing.Virtually impossible to fool. Its about 70 dollars here. Those little addicts know how to screw up the pis test. Good Luck. P.S Bust those addicts!

Spinmaster, the results of such a test would be inadmissible in court.

To the original poster: You will need request a court order that he (and probably you) get drug tests.

ny...I found in his previous divorce papers that there was a drug issue and ex wife told me as well. he still works with the person who supplied him with the drugs and now i'm concerned over the safety of our son. as of yet...there is no custody papers or child support so would I have to go through the whole custody process to have him drug tested or is that something I can go into court and file for?

Yes, you would have to go through custody and have him drug tested. Were you worried about his actions or the care of your child while together?

I never suspected that he was on drugs...but he has a lot of anger problems, like throwing hissy fits and punching holes through the walls so I don't know if maybe that's something to do with his supposed drug use...but i'm a stay at home mom so i'm always with our son and now that he will have him without me there i'm worried that if he is using drugs and my son pisses him off that he could be violent towards him

Always the best intrest of the child! If you suspect drugs alcahol abuse it is a very good reason to be alarmed! put that worry to rest.Hair folicle test will bring him out of the closet. And then and only then he can get the help he needs! only if he wants help!key words.Only if he wants help!Or a lengthy anger management coarse! Only if he wants help. Court orderd programs are in vain if x dont want help! Protect child at all cost!
