Angry Enforcing an Order

TEXAS- I need to know how to enforce a child care order that was set in our last modification. We do have an interstate case with my ex living in Oklahoma and I in Texas. Them having jurisdiction is beyond aggravating because they refuse to talk to me saying I need to contact my local office in Wichita Falls, TX. Then they told to contact a family lawyer because the AOG could not help with child care but the lawyer referred me back to Oklahoma AOG to get an appt with my caseworker there BUT they turn around and tell me I need to see my caseworker in my local child support office. I'm so tired of getting the run around and need a straight answer please.

It actually depends on the jurisdiction of the child. That's who is responsible....

The jurisdiction is usually listed in the original parent plan. Quote it to the source when you call.

Good luck.

You will need to file contempt of court charges in whatever court issued the custody order.
You may have to do this several times before they take any significant action.
