Very upset
I thought I was doing the right thing for my children.
The children were very sick and developed a contagion diagnosis I took the notication to the police station 2 days before Christmas (the police told me that they are not non- custodian parent personnel secretary ) that where we exchange the children for visitations. Can the non- custodian parent call the police on me. Because the children was sick on Christmas I had a doctor note stating the condition of illness. The non- custostdinal parent then bought the police to my home and the police escorted the children out when the children were running fevers and under their conditions. Therfore I had full custody of the children, Is this a voilating on the non- cutodian parents rights Can I reduce the non- custodian parent visitation rights. Looking for advice or suggetions Please |

If the non-custodial parent wanted to take care of the children and provide medicine...expecially this time of year, you should have allowed it. Now how will your children remember this Christmas...police.
Any other time...would probably be OK, but I beleive the non-Custodial is entitled to make up time under most parenting plans. Last edited by Gbyte; Dec 30th, 2008 at 07:37 AM. |

To put it mildly you got to learn to follow exactly what decree says.I know they were sick. When your majesty views it from the bench. The one you call your honor will more than likely find fault with what you did. best recovery!

Yes. You did the wrong thing by refusing to allow your ex to care for his children when they were ill. That is part of being a parent.
