Confused WHAT CAN I DO TO SEE MY DAUGHTER!!
I AM FROM MICHIGAN AND I PUT IN A MOTION FOR PARENTING TIME ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND STILL HAVENT GOT ANYTHING BACK ON THAT. I HAVE NOT SEEN MY DAUGHTER EVER SINCE BECAUSE IF ISSUES WITH HER MOM WHAT CAN I DO TO SEE MY DAUGHTER IN THE MEAN TIME. HER MOM WONT EVEN LET ME KNOW WHEN HER SOCCOR CAMES ARE OR ANYTHING ABOUT HER PLEASE HELP

If you put in a motion, I am guessing you missed the response from the court.
Go down to court and check the status of the case. Or you may be able find your case online at your local courthouse's website.

MICHIGAN. Is still one of those old die hard states where father dont fare well in even custody. Iwould file a new motion and stay right with it .and also find out about the one you never heard ffrom. Again the old titer toter games people play.
