grand daughter

i have a 5month old grand daughter her mum and dad are currently in jail on violent crimes with weapons she resides with her great grand parents who are 70yrs + and is under child protection i have spoke to these people who think she is fine where she is, and if i go to child welfare again i will not be allowed to see her, but daughter due to get released in feb and im scared for my grand daughter as she is alchol and drug abusive which she hides well do i have any rights as talking to child welfare does not seem to work, any advice please

You are going to need an attorney for a case of this complexity.

Grandparets rights are becoming more and more relevent.10 Years ago nobody heard it in court. Yes get custody.Maybe child will stand a chance!
