recently my wife was in a motor vehicle accident she was proven to be not at fault. the injuries are pretty severe. her ex husband has custody of the 2 kids and she pays child support. My question is if she gets a settlement from the case will her ex husband be entitled to any? Oh by the way this all happened in Florida not sure if the state matters or not.
