Smile Divorce decree and current child support

I intend to leave SA to move back home to UK, I was informed that my decree there is valid however the agreement entered into is not?? I fail to understand this. Could you shed some light on this for me.

Also he owes me a lot of back pay as even til today does not pay accordingly to that agreement with pathetic excuses. Therefore my question is, is my agreement entered into valid in the UK and can I sue for the outstanding monies as well as demand a garnishing order for the correct monthly amounts that he does not pay willingly but is in the divorce agreement to be awarded?

Could you perhaps also refer me to a legal firm (CSA I believe are battling at the moment) that can handle further matters such as these and perhaps more before I make that final step.

There is a low cost ask an attorney section at this website. I would recommend you post your question to them.

In the United States divorce, like marriage, is the province of the state governments, not the federal government. Divorce laws vary from state to state, but no-fault divorce on the grounds of "irreconcilable differences" is now available in all states. However, in recent years many states, including North Carolina and New York requires a one-year legal and physical separation prior to a formal divorce decree. This legal requirement has led to the creation of a separate, somewhat ambiguous category of relationships - "separated". Once a more informal term used by individuals, it has now become a legal category designating someone who is neither married nor divorced.

Well I understand your problem! To be honest there are a lot of legalities involved in a divorce as there are many issues that need to be settled before a complete separation. They are spousal support, child support and property distribution. All this is stressful enough without wondering if you have the right attorney. I would suggest you to take a look at (Insert Website Name). They might have quick and effective solution for you.

Every liitle ting gonna be alright! Seriousley dont sweat it. If you got the kids she pays.If shegot the kids you pay. It really aint alot to it. Property .Custody.Insurance .If there is any arrears make who ever owes carry life insurance. So you can get paid.If they die. If they live out of state make it out of state visitation guide lines. With them paying for transportation .Dont do ping pong parenting. Its detramental to the child.Stand up be that custodial parent. Show them you da man. It is a much more level playing field. If you get council check them out with your bar association. Make sure you trust them .Some of them got a nice song and dance . But not a good track record. good luck. And make sure you get 20%on your arrears. Added into current support. Dont let them jip you! It is really simple if your not really emotional. Comfort the child! best regards.
