I need to give my mother full custody!

I am a mother Of 3 babies well now i have 2 children under my custody i have my 3rd child pass away at only 3 month's of age and i am severly depressed... i have been doing drugs and unforunatley last night i found myself a the hospital because i had overdosed on heroine.... i feel that at the moment i am a horrible mother.... even though my kids were with a babysitter they had came home while i was being taken away to the hospital and my oldest son only being 4 years old understands very well everything that [was going on... he had to watch his mother be carried away on a stretcher pretty much dead.... i know after what happend to me last night that is the last time i will be using drugs but now since i am already in a cps case and they have already threatend that if i dont get better they willl take my children i know that after last night they will appear at my house at any moment to take my beautiful babies from me and i DONT WANT TO LOOSE MY CHILDREN BECAUSE I LOVE THEM WITH ALL MY HEART. I am just going through hard times and i guess i just cope with it in many wrong way's i just need help thats all i was going through rehab but i droped out for my children were living with me in the rehab home and i didnt feel that it was a healthy place for them to be in! So now i talked to my mother and asked her is she would take full custody of my children while i go to rehab once again so i can show cps that i can complete the course and get better for them but my mother need's help getting childcare and stuff like that so i need to know how to go about that! I need help and any advice would help me! I love my children and i dont want to loose them and i will do anything i can to be a better person only for them! i cant explain what and how i feel after what happened last night... al i can say is IT WAS THE WORST THING I FELT SINCE MY SON PAST!

Do you recieve child support? Where are the childrens father(s)?
