Exclamation Mother in desprite need of help

Four years ago I was in a very emotionally and pyschological abusive realationship witha younger man I'm 28 he is 24, we were together for a year, when I was 6 weeks pregnant the abuse turned violent, he was given an 810 whih is a protective order for one year, I had my daughter alone without him, after birth I tried to contact him via lawyer whom he told he wanted nothing to do with my daughter and refused to sign the bith certificate since I was the only one on the birth certificate we dropped the case and I resumed life.
I would send pictures occcassionally but never got anything in return. Three years later he calls me saying that he has changed and that he loves me and wants a family he also told me that he had ended a realationship, I was frightened and did not know what to do but I thought of Danycka and so I allowed him to see her, he would be incredably inconsistant like comming once and then not for three weeks, and then having his apparent ex call me and threaten me...but he would deny any realationship with her, it continued for 5 months, in may he claimed that the chaos was over and wanted to try as a family I was blind to everything untill it all happened we moved in together which only lasted a month during that month he started the abuse to the point where CPS begam involved and claiming that I was homicidal and suicidal sending me to a psyciatic hospital for 24 hours came home the next day as they knew this was a manipulation on his part.
CPS never removed my daughter simply telling me to leave him and not expose my daughter to his abuse because when he started the abuse when i was upset as was she.
Since then he hasn't called her or seen her, but his lawyer has called CPS wanting information saying he is petitioning the court to be reconized the father and wants access/visitation rights...
On my side CPS as well as her pediatrician as well as my local social services department are contesting and the CPS/social services and her doctor wants to testify I fear for her life with him as i now know this was planned out buy him and his ex who are back together and expecting a child (whom he says he is not the father) I'm so scared should I have faith acccess/visitaion will be denied?

ABSOLUTLY if you have all the documentation and especially with the testomony of CPS the judge will take that very serious you have the law as well as social services on you side, you must prepare for the owrst case senario which would be supervised visits however courts view CPS very seriously and if it is thier testimony that your daughter is at risk I wouldbe very suprised if a court grants him accces you cannot contest him being on the birth certificate as it would look badly upon you but he is going after you, it seems as punishment and the courts will see that as well, have faith in your lawyer as well as the professionals supporting you as I said it looks like you have the law on your side
