Confused seperation agreement

When we seperated we had a seperation agreement , then divorced and most things in the agreement have changed. He no longer wants to pay support because we now have shared custody. He makes $15 000 a year more than me. Do I have to go to court to change the existing agreement?

Default Re: seperation agreement

You two can agree and have a judge sign it--but the order governs until changed.
