Husband blackmailing me? I live in Oregon.

"This is just a brief get to the point sorta question!! I live in Portland OR."

My ex husband has custody of my two kids and I pay my child support on time every month since iv been ordered to pay....
OK first he wont ever let me see my kids ever!! He threatened to call the cops on my parents when they came over to his house and were wondering why they cant see there grandchildren. So today out of the blue, I get a text from my ex saying, if I give him $300 more dollars a month, I can see my kids every other week!!! I feel like I'm being blackmailed or something?? Is there anything I can do?? I want to see my kids so bad! He is using them as a tool...

Um..ya. There is something you can do. Do you have a custody order? Follow it.
